Dongguan Huihai Plastic Mould Factory was founded in 2000. It is a professional manufacturer integrating plastic mould development, design and making. Huihai Mould was also registered in Hong Kong as "Tian Cheng (Hong Kong) Moulds Engineering CO. ". As a private enterprise in Dongguan, it has achieved great development since its foundation. Fitting to its growth, in 2007, HuiHai Mould moved to Datang industrial area in Dalingshan Town, of Dongguan in southern China Guangdong Province, from the 2ND indutrial district of Shangsha, Changan Town.

The factory now occupies an area of 12000 sq. M. And employs 160 staffs and workers, including 22 rich-experienced engineers, 11 apprentice engineers and more than 50 high-qualified mould manufacturing technicians.

The factory is equipped with 8 CNC pocessing centers, 2 hi-speed CNC machines, 13 EDM sparks, 4 precise grinding machines, 1 grinder, 1 lathe, 24 milling machines, 2 radial movable drillers, 2 bench drillers and some fast wire-cutting machines.

HuiHai Mould uses CAD, CAM, CAE and other advanced softwares for mould design and injection, that assures the precision, reduces the time and creats high quality. We also strictly choose materials according to your specifications, to lay a solid foundation for qualitied mould products.

We specialize in virous types of moulds of electrical small household appliances, such as walkie-talkies, desktop and wrist-type sphygmomanometers, toasters, fryers, blenders, coffee furnaces, binoculars, police light bars, etc. We have also been actively expanding the market of auto parts and other medium-sized moulds, involving optical instruments accessories, casting and blowing molds.
